нагуглилась то 4то типо порты нужна везде пооткрывать, я открыл, АЙПИ у меня не Динамик, а статистик т.е. он у меня 1 навсегда (=
Может ктото встре4ался с этой проблеммой ? если всетаки проблема в провайдере ?

Проблема решина . я дурак нада было в КМД, написати ипконфиг/ренью, сразу же потом все идет красиво .
